[165.2–170.16] President Trump designated 23 countries

[170.16–175.36] transportation countries. 15 of those
[172.959–178.64] countries are in our hemisphere south of
[175.36–180.8] the border. With the entry of Peru, all
[178.64–184.08] of those countries, with the exception
[180.8–187.36] of Venezuela, Mexico, and Nicaragua, are
[184.08–190.48] participating in Operation Shield of the
[187.36–193.2] Americas. It is using our military
[190.48–195.599] forces with theirs, satellites, and
[193.2–198.07999999999998] financial warfare against the cartels
[195.599–200.159] with the aim of just totally wiping out
[198.07999999999998–202.8] the drug trade. Although they're not
[200.159–204.959] members, both Mexico and Venezuela have
[202.8–207.28] taken significant actions in the last

[209.36–214.64] Rubio's meeting with Kiki Fuimora is
[212.159–217.76] particularly significant. Her father,
[214.64–220.159] Alberto Fuimora, waged a relentless war
[217.76–223.519] on the drug trade in Peru and Latin
[220.159–225.68] America generally. He was overthrown
[223.519–227.44] after George Soros and Maline
[225.68–230.64] Albbright's National Endowment for
[227.44–233.76] Democracy staged a color revolution coup
[230.64–236.879] against him in November 2000. A $1
[233.76–239.68] million contribution by Soros to the
[236.879–243.12] rival campaign of Alejandro Toledo along

[261.68–267.04] FARC. Graasso said he was supporting the

[270.08–274.639] process put the FARC in charge of

[318.08–323.919] without fusion is not some exotic new
[321.919–326.88] sex act, although you might think it's
[323.919–329.28] like that. Although in many ways it does
[326.88–332.08] describe how perverse this whole idea
[329.28–335.12] is. Here's Prime Minister Mark Carney
[332.08–337.84000000000003] offering Canada to the EU on Thursday.
[335.12–341.28] >> I'm not proposing a third block in order
[337.84000000000003–345.28] to become a great power rival, only with
[341.28–349.68] better manners. We
[345.28–352.24] we do not seek power to dominate others.
[349.68–356.15999999999997] On the contrary, we are pursuing
[352.24–358.32] resilience so no one no one can control
[356.15999999999997–360.16] our open markets, impair our
[358.32–362.88] sovereignty, threaten our territorial
[360.16–367.28] integrity, or undermine our freedoms,
[362.88–369.84] our democracies, our rule of law.
[367.28–372.08] >> In that statement, without naming Trump,
[369.84–374.56] Carney accuses the United States of
[372.08–376.16] every bad thing he mentioned. He says,
[374.56–379.12] "We're bullies who undermine the
[376.16–381.44] post-war rules-based order." That's the
[379.12–383.759] order in which the United States was
[381.44–386.479] more or less a feeling post-industrial
[383.759–388.479] colony before Donald Trump. We'll get to
[386.479–391.199] President Trump's surprise response to
[388.479–393.759] this yesterday in a minute. It answers
[391.199–395.44] why he seems so calm about all of it.
[393.759–398.639] But first, let's look at the deeper
[395.44–401.44] story behind Mark Carney's snide attack.
[398.639–403.68] He's hardly Mr. Nice Guy protecting
[401.44–406.15999999999997] democracy. As the head of the Bank of
[403.68–408.639] England, Carney sought to replace the
[406.15999999999997–410.56] dollar as the world reserve currency
[408.639–412.8] that would of course collapse our
[410.56–415.919] economy. He then led the effort to
[412.8–417.919] establish a worldwide choke hold on all
[415.919–420.56] credit so that it only flowed to
[417.919–423.039] primitive green technologies. That was
[420.56–425.52] also an attack. Within 4 months of
[423.039–427.84] becoming Canada's prime minister, Carney
[425.52–430.319] was on the ground in Ukraine slobbering
[427.84–432.4] all over Zillinski. He told them to
[430.319–434.319] continue the war with Russia while
[432.4–437.84] President Trump was trying to create
[434.319–440.639] peace. And he just signed a 100-year
[437.84–443.36] agreement for Canada to support Ukraine
[440.639–446.96] in a permanent war with Russia, even if
[443.36–448.88] it means blowing up the world. The UK is
[446.96–452.319] the only other nation with such an
[448.88–454.639] insane 100-year agreement. Last week on
[452.319–456.8] Monday, Northern Ireland, Scotland,
[454.639–459.919] Wales also said they wanted to join the
[456.8–462.8] EU, leaving the UK if necessary to do
[459.919–464.639] so. By the end of the week, Australia,
[462.8–467.599] and New Zealand said they were talking
[464.639–470.4] about joining Canada in the EU. This is
[467.599–473.12] all very strange. Even Jamie Diamond
[470.4–475.28] says that Carney is fantasizing and the
[473.12–476.879] EU is totally failing.
[475.28–478.639] >> Like when Mark Carney said, you know,
[476.879–481.199] the middle powers should get together.
[478.639–482.639] It's a fantasy. They did that. It's
[481.199–484.24] called Europe,
[482.639–486.479] >> you know, and
[484.24–488.72] >> it is hard to go to a CFR event these
[486.479–489.759] days where Europe doesn't get dumped on,
[488.72–491.759] I'm afraid. Uh,
[489.759–493.599] >> no, but Europe, but this this is a
[491.759–497.039] serious problem. The GDP of Europe has
[493.599–499.12] gone from 90% of America to 70%. And at
[497.039–500.96] the current and in our views, they'll
[499.12–504.24] probably continue to erode over time.
[500.96–506.24] But Carney and the EU are dead set on
[504.24–508.479] building a block of countries hostile to
[506.24–511.199] the United States fed with Canadian
[508.479–514.24] resources all to stop Donald Trump and
[511.199–516.8] save their empire. This block wants the
[514.24–518.88] EU to have the means to guarantee a war
[516.8–520.9590000000001] to the death with Russia. They
[518.88–523.8389999999999] desperately hope to prop up their dying
[520.9590000000001–527.36] economies with a massive arms buildup
[523.8389999999999–529.92] for that war. Is this the insane hostile
[527.36–532.48] threat President Trump was referring to
[529.92–535.12] in his comment? Well, it's bigger than
[532.48–537.279] even that. Canada and Europe are seeking
[535.12–539.44] to control the Arctic and with it the
[537.279–541.76] northern defense line of the United
[539.44–544.16] States. They're planning to build the
[541.76–546.72] infrastructure for a totally hostile
[544.16–549.04] state on a northern border, complete
[546.72–551.68] with new communications cables under the
[549.04–554.64] Arctic. It's very similar to the way
[551.68–556.959] Ukraine was set up as a sacrificial lamb
[554.64–559.44] for the war with Russia. The United
[556.959–561.68] States cannot tolerate a hostile
[559.44–564.32] existential threat on his border any
[561.68–567.68] more than Russia could. So Mark Carney
[564.32–571.04] is crossing a red line here. But then
[567.68–573.76] last night once again after all of this
[571.04–576.64] week of drama, Donald Trump delivered
[573.76–579.44] the surprise of the week. It explains
[576.64–581.76] why he was so calm while Carney and the
[579.44–584.399] Europeans did everything they could to
[581.76–587.36] provoke him. He announced that the
[584.399–590.399] United States, Denmark, and Greenland
[587.36–594.16] had agreed to a permanent US presence on
[590.399–595.92] Greenland. Here's the critical lines. We
[594.16–597.68] worked with representatives of Denmark
[595.92–601.04] and Greenland to guarantee that the
[597.68–603.2] United States will forever have the
[601.04–605.6] ability to do what is necessary in
[603.2–608.56] Greenland in order to secure and defend
[605.6–611.76] the security of Greenland and the United
[608.56–615.36] States of America. And then the kicker,
[611.76–617.92] additionally, from now on, no US
[615.36–620.48] adversary can ever have a base in
[617.92–623.2] Greenland, have a military presence in
[620.48–626.72] Greenland, or make sensitive investments
[623.2–629.12] in Greenland without our express written
[626.72–631.279] approval. Now, remember when Donald
[629.12–633.36] Trump first suggested a dominant US
[631.279–636.8] military presence in Greenland? The
[633.36–639.2] Europeans freaked out and sent troops,
[636.8–642.399] as small as they were, to protect it
[639.2–644.399] from a US invasion. Such an invasion, of
[642.399–646.88] course, was never even being discussed
[644.399–649.68] in the United States. Europe's
[646.88–652.079] manufactured hysteria was really in
[649.68–654.9590000000001] response to discussions between Donald
[652.079–658.32] Trump and Vladimir Putin in Alaska in
[654.9590000000001–661.279] 2025 about jointly developing the
[658.32–663.839] Arctic. So, I'm looking at the map again
[661.279–667.279] this morning, and it looks to me like
[663.839–670] Canada, London, and Brussels just got
[667.279–674.079] trumped yet again. Now, most people
[670–676.56] don't know that from 1921 to 1936, the
[674.079–679.44] United States military maintained a war
[676.56–682.16] plan against the British Empire with
[679.44–685.36] Canada as the first target. It was
[682.16–687.8389999999999] called War Plan Red. If Canada was
[685.36–690.399] taken, the military reasoned the British
[687.8389999999999–693.04] would ask for peace. The military said
[690.399–695.44] the most probable cause of war was
[693.04–698.399] America's economic growth and its
[695.44–701.279] penetration into areas the empire once
[698.399–704.079] held. Their trade policies were also in
[701.279–706.16] mortal conflict with ours. The empire
[704.079–708.88] demanded unhindered access to raw
[706.16–711.279] materials and political dominance over
[708.88–713.12] the nations that had them. The United
[711.279–715.36] States wanted reciprocal trade
[713.12–717.76] partnerships with both sides getting
[715.36–720.64] economic development, kind of like the
[717.76–722.72] conflict right now. In its forecast, the
[720.64–725.44] US military predicted that the empire
[722.72–728.639] would refrain from declaring formal war
[725.44–730.88] on the United States, but would seek to
[728.639–733.6] provoke the United States into
[730.88–736.16] hostilities. Of course, today's British
[733.6–738.639] financial empire is a paper tiger in
[736.16–740.88] comparison to what it was then. Today it
[738.639–743.68] operates through sar, narrative and
[740.88–745.8389999999999] financial control and proxy wars. It
[743.68–748.32] doesn't have the military strength to do
[745.8389999999999–750.16] anything else. But they do remain
[748.32–752.48] capable of blowing up the world through
[750.16–755.2] the proxy wars such as the current one
[752.48–757.8389999999999] between Russia and Ukraine. And they
[755.2–759.36] remain capable of destroying our country
[757.8389999999999–761.76] through their alliance with the
[759.36–764.8] Democrats and the communists in their
[761.76–767.279] ranks. Donald Trump is obviously aware
[764.8–769.92] of this. That's why he flanked them with
[767.279–772.72] Greenland. And he has further actions in
[769.92–774.72] his sights. In the very same directive
[772.72–777.6] about the drug wars targets that he
[774.72–780.56] issued on September 16th, he said this
[777.6–782.639] about Canada. While my administration
[780.56–785.68] has successfully secured our borders
[782.639–788.72] from invasion, Canada and Mexico need to
[785.68–791.519] do far more to stop the flow of deadly
[788.72–794.079] drugs into our country. Fentanyl
[791.519–797.519] continues to be illicitly produced in
[794.079–800.079] clandestine Canadian labs and precursor
[797.519–802.24] chemicals and synthetic drugs continue
[800.079–804.88] to enter the United States through
[802.24–807.12] Canada. Canada needs to take meaningful
[804.88–809.519] action to dismantle drug labs,
[807.12–811.8389999999999] strengthen supply chain security, and
[809.519–814.48] degrade criminal networks and Chinese
[811.8389999999999–817.36] gangs operating along our northern
[814.48–819.44] border. He didn't mention Canada's banks
[817.36–823.04] and their history as laundromats for
[819.44–826.32] drug money. In 2024, for example, KD
[823.04–829.68] Bank, a major bank in Canada, paid a $3
[826.32–832.24] billion fine to avoid US prosecution.
[829.68–835.279] Trump is now saying that the Iran war
[832.24–837.519] will be over soon. Just imagine what
