1. Using ClipCast.News
These terms describe the conditions for using ClipCast.News, its discussions and any available paid membership. Use the service lawfully and respect other users and creators. If you do not agree to these terms, do not post content or purchase a membership. Questions can be sent to contact@noderealm.com.
2. Content and AI disclosure
Transcript-based articles are AI-written from linked recordings and transcripts. Publication does not imply independent human verification. AI-generated text and machine transcripts can contain errors, misidentify speakers or omit important context. Review the original sources before relying on a claim. Our Policy explains source attribution, fact checks and corrections.
Creator opinions and reader comments belong to their respective speakers. A fact-check verdict applies only to the claim identified in that check. Content is for general information and is not individualized medical, legal or financial advice.
3. Accounts and comments
Use your own authorized account and protect access to it. You are responsible for what you submit. Comments appear publicly under your account display name. Do not post threats, harassment, hate, private personal information, spam, impersonation, unlawful content or material you have no right to share. Do not interfere with the service or bypass access controls.
You retain ownership of your comments. By posting, you give ClipCast.News permission to store and display them as part of the discussion and to retain moderation records as described in our Privacy notice. You can remove your own comments from public view. Administrators may remove comments that violate these terms. Report concerns to contact@noderealm.com with a link to the comment.
4. Paid membership
When checkout is available, the ad-free membership costs US$5 per month and renews monthly until canceled. Review the amount and recurring-payment terms displayed at checkout before authorizing payment. Stripe handles billing. A disabled checkout does not enroll you or collect payment.
While signed in with an active membership, ClipCast.News display ads are excluded. Third-party video platforms may still display ads inside their embedded players. Manage or cancel through the membership page and Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the paid period. Contact contact@noderealm.com for payment problems or refund requests. Refund requests are assessed individually, subject to any rights provided by applicable law.
5. Recordings, transcripts and other rights
Videos, images, recordings and other third-party works remain subject to their owners’ rights. An embed, source link or downloadable transcript is not a grant of unrestricted reuse rights. Use material only where you have permission or another lawful basis. For a copyright concern, send the relevant URLs, identify the work and describe your relationship to its rights holder.
6. Availability and corrections
We aim to keep the service available and accurate, but do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free content or that an external link or video will remain available. Features and content may change or be corrected or removed. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Updates and contact
Changes to these terms will be reflected in the date above. Material subscription changes should be communicated before they affect a renewal, with any consent required by applicable law. For questions, cancellations you cannot complete through the portal, or disputes, contact contact@noderealm.com.
